We guarantee that the animal named above has been dewormed at least twice against intestinal parasites, has had a health exam with a licensed veterinarian, and is up to date on all vaccinations. In addition, we cannot warranty this Persian kitten, Bengal kitten, Pug puppy or Basset Hound puppy against any adverse reactions to future vaccinations. The buyer has a 2 business day period to have the kitten/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If a licensed veterinarian finds it to have a serious illness or deformity, a written statement by the veterinarian on his or her letterhead identifying the problem must be given to us within 10 day business days of the Persian kitten, Bengal kitten, Pug puppy or Basset Hound puppy's purchase. (We retain the right to have the kitten or puppy seen by our Veterinarian if we feel it is necessary). The kitten/puppy may then be returned to us at the buyer's expense for one of similar quality (if none are available at that time, buyer will be offered one of similar quality when a new litter is available), or at the choice of the seller, offer a partial or full refund. Serious illness means a shortened or painful lifespan. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping a replacement kitten/puppy. Failure to have the Persian kitten, Bengal kitten, Pug puppy or Basset Hound puppy examined by a veterinarian within 2 business days of the date of kitten's purchase, or any evidence of abuse, neglect, or mishandling will immediately release us from any responsibility regarding the Persian kitten, Bengal kitten, Pug puppy or Basset Hound puppy, and will release us from any requirement to provide a replacement kitten/puppy. In addition, if there are other animals in the buyer's household, the Persian kitten, Bengal kitten, Pug puppy or Basset Hound puppy must be quarantined until the buyer's veterinarian verifies it is in good health, otherwise the health guarantee is null and void. Although we take every precaution to keep our cats and dogs flea and ear mite free, please note that if yours is shipped, there is the possibility for it to pick up a few fleas on the flight. This would be a VERY rare occurrence and most likely will not happen, but may possibly be in close quarters with animals from other breeders and passengers who may or may not have as high of standards as we do here. This guarantee does NOT include minor nuisances such as fungus or Upper Respiratory Infections common in cats. A minor Upper Respiratory Infection or fungus can occur as a result of the stress of being relocated into a new home, and we cannot guarantee that this will not happen. However, to the best of our knowledge, none of these are present at the time of shipping/delivery. In addition, all kittens and puppies being shipped are vet checked by a licensed veterinarian, and will receive a veterinary certificate of health before being shipped, stating that they are in good health at the time of shipping. Buyer is responsible for all vet related expenses once the kitten is released from us. This includes initial vet exam, office visits, lab tests, vaccinations, medications, surgery or time off work, either at initial visit or for any future vet visits. No medical care is authorized or will be paid for by Dawn's Little Darlings Cattery/Kennel. If the above named kitten dies within 1 (one) year of the date of purchase due to hereditary or congenital defects, we will replace the Persian kitten, Bengal kitten, Pug puppy or Basset Hound puppy with one of similar quality, or at the choice of the seller, offer a partial or full refund. There will be no cash refunds. To determine if it's death has been caused by a congenital or hereditary defect, we must receive proof of the defect in the form of a complete necropsy report, completed by a licensed veterinarian. We are not responsible for costs relating to the necropsy. If after reviewing the findings it is determined the death was under warranty, a replacement kitten/puppy of equal value would be offered as soon as possible.
